Terms and Conditions

The Guardians of History is a fundraising campaign of the Warbirds of Glory Museum (herein known as the Museum), a public 501(c)3 museum. (Tax ID 462535717). Our address is Warbirds of Glory Museum, 57751 Pontiac Trail, Hangar 2, New Hudson, MI 48165

The Gaurdians of History fundraising campaign encourages you (herein known as Guardian) to provide a financial support to the Museum by sponsoring of an indiviual B-25 part.

A "B-25 part" is a uniquely identified B-25 part or sub-assembly, a non-specifc common part (such as a rivets, nuts, bolts, clips, fasteners, etc) or a general support donation. Each B-25 part has a fixed sponsorship price which is determined by the Museum based on a number of factors, including but not limited to rarity, awesomeness, visibility, and sponsorship potential.

A Guardian may be an individual or group. A "group" is any family, business, church, association, club, any formal or informal group of individual people.

When a Guardian agrees to sponsor a specific B-25 part they will be given public recognition on the Museum's website using the Guardians "Display Name" that is provided during the Sponsorship enrollment. The Display Name does not need to be the Guardian's actual name. A Guardian may use "Anonymous" if they choose not be recognized publically.

A Guardian must provide their actual name and contact information that will be used for internal purposes and will not be displayed to the public. Guardian contact information is keep within the museum and is not sold, given, or traded.

Funds raised will be used for many aspects of restoration of the Museum's B-25, known as Sandbar Mitchell. This includes supplies, parts acquisition, services, operational expenses, maintenance, etc. There is no statement or implied guaruntee that the donated sponsorship funds will be used to restore or acquire the Sponsor's selected B-25 part.

Presently, the Guardians of History credit card payments are accepted only from USA billing addresses.

A Guardian may sponsor the entire amount in one support transaction, called "Instant Sponsorship".

Or a individual representing a group may start a pledge drive to encourge members of a group to submit multiple support transactions that total the sponsorship price of the selected B-25 part.
